the villa was dog, friendly and the overall cleanliness and comfort were excellent. the kitchen and bathroom were both very clean and well, maintained. the location of the property was lovely, with beautiful surroundings. the underfloor heating was a pleasant surprise and made our stay even cozier. the wifi and Smart TV worked perfectly, and the kitchen was well, equipped. the village had two pubs within walking distance, and the Druids Inn was particularly welcoming to us and our dog. the villa had everything we needed for a comfortable, homey stay. Cons: Nothing to mention. 👍.

Great value for money, spacious rooms and wonderful kitchen facilities. The converted chapel setting adds a unique touch to the property, and my initial impression walking in was excellent. The location is perfect, with a charming village and two pubs within walking distance. It's also conveniently close to popular spots in the Peak District. The accommodation was perfect for a group of friends traveling together, but would also be ideal for families or couples. It truly felt like a home away from home. The owners were fantastic, with excellent communication and a clean and tidy property. The village itself is beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better would be to have teabags, coffee sachets, and uht milk available for guest use. Also, a bar of soap in the toilet would have been helpful.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our new year getaway, situated in a charming village in the beautiful Peak District. the kitchen was clean and well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease. We also appreciated the flexibility of being able to book just one night, as many other places required a minimum stay of three nights.
We found a few disappointing aspects during our stay. the bedding was in need of replacement, with stains and dog hairs on the white sheets.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming little house in a picturesque village. The location was perfect, with easy access to the stunning Peak District. The house itself was well equipped and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a home away from home experience. The local pubs were great, and we enjoyed exploring the village and the nearby Stanton Moor. Despite a few minor issues like the small shower and lack of clear directions, our overall experience was positive. We would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others. it was a delightful getaway.

The accommodation is situated in a charming village close to the scenic beauty of the Peak District. With local walks starting right from the doorstep and a pair of great pubs nearby, there is plenty to explore and enjoy. the house itself offers comfortable rooms, including a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area. the property, being a converted chapel, provides a unique and delightful ambiance to experience.
It is disappointing that the cleanliness of the accommodation was not up to standard, with dirty bedding and towels left untouched. the lack of response from the owner further compounds this issue, leaving guests feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
